For the 12th year in a row, New York's Bike Jumble returns to Washington/JJ Byrne Park around the the Old Stone House at Fifth Avenue and 4th Street in Park Slop. The Bike Jumble is NY's only bicycle flea market, where you can find tons of new and used bicycles, frames, parts, clothing and ephemera.

We will meet at the 110th Street @ the Central Park Meer @ 10am.  We will ride a scenic route to Brooklyn via NYC bike paths and this will be a moderate/Happy Face ride where we will go explore the new 9th Avenue protected bike lane south to the Brooklyn Bridge.  Once at the Jumble we will be 5bbc ambassadors and help out the club's table.  At the event there will be local food vendors and there are nearby restaurants to get a bite to eat.  It's approx 12 miles to get to the event and once the event is over we will peddle back to NYC. 

Please bring a bike in good working condition.  Make sure your tires are properly inflated before heading from home.  Bring a spare tube, a helmet, sunscreen, at least one water bottle and snacks to keep you fortified before we reach our lunch spot.
