Our next STS ride will be to the hamlet of Hartsdale, NY between the better-known towns of Scarsdale and White Plains. Meet at 242nd St & Broadway, just inside the park, 2 blocks south of the rest rooms. We will ride both ways on the beautiful Bronx River Greenway which can be a bit challenging due to short steep hills, sharp turns, narrow bridges to go over, and low bridges to go under. Moderate speed of 12-14 is notional; there are very few places on the BRG where you can go this fast. Lunch will be outdoors in the picturesque town of Hartsdale. You can either bring your lunch or takeout at a nearby restaurant. 

You should be comfortable riding in a group. Helmets are required on all 5BBC rides and you should carry a spare tube and water.

Check your email before setting out. You will be notified of any change in plans by 8:00 AM. And please withdraw from the list if you will not be riding.
