After a day of "wrenching" at the 5BBC Summer Streets Mechanic's Table - there is nothing that could be better than a nice ride and a scoop or two of ice cream.  After leaving the table at Park Ave & 26 Street, we cross the QB Bridge and head up the Queens Boulevard Trail to Forest Hills.  We take a nice ride around beautiful Forest Hills Gardens, and then head to our destination, The Ice Cream Window.  This scoop shop features flavors that you would not find at most places: Waldmeister, Styrian, Hris, Mak and Speculoos.  I mean, you could likely get an old favorite too, but lets' live on the wild side.  If you are a mechanic at the table, and join the ride, your ice cream will be on the 5BBC  

This ride is being done at a "no dawdling" Happy Face Pace - at least 10 MPH.  The elevation is 700+ feet, with the steepest climb at 8%. Most of the climiing is on the QB Bridge and in Forest Hills Park.  Please bring lock and the usual things that you take on a ride.  There is no lunch stop - as I consider Ice Cream one of the essential food groups.  The ride ends at Prospect Park.
