This is a reverse route of the previous Brewster to Harlem ride. This time we will be chasing train schedules leaving from the Dana Center at 110th Street Central Park North and Lenox Avenue in Harlem to make our way north to Brewster. This is a Quick Spin Light ride, so all riders must be able to maintain a steady pace of 15-16 mph on flat terrain for extended periods of time. There will be minimal stops and limited point-drop-sweep. The ride leaders will do periodic group checks through mile 10. If it is determined that a rider(s) is having difficulty keeping up with the group they will be released from the ride by this point. Any rider released from the group can continue on at their own pace or return to the starting point. Oh hills, we will go at our own pace and regroup at the top. This is a 57-mile ride with 1,890 feet of elevation according to RWGPS.

All riders should bring all of the appropriate accoutrements for a comfortable and safe ride i.e. spare tubes and tools to fix a flat, handpump or COs cartridges, 2 water bottles (electrolytes and water are recommended), snacks, masks, sunscreen, metrocard, and money.

Lunch details will be provided separately.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: YOU MUST HAVE AND WEAR A MASK WHEN NECESSARY ON ALL 5BBC RIDES AS INDICATED BY THE RIDE LEADER.
