Join us as we ride out to the Rockaway Boardwalk out to Lawrence Long Island - - one of the "Five Towns" located in Nassau County on the South Shore of Long Island, the others are Cedarhurst, Woodmere, Inwood and Hewlett.  We will pick up lunch at a deli along the way and we will have a picnic at the beautiful, historical ROCK HALL MUSEUM.  This is a colonial house that was owned by a Tory - 'til it was taken over by the Patriots during the Revolution.  The beautiful property also has llamas in a pen and free roaming chickens. 

This is a moderate-lite ride,  please keep a pace of 12 mph on the greenways and you must be comfortable riding over the Addabbo Bridge, Crossbay Bridge and Marine Park Bridge.
