It Might as well rain to September.  Ok, enough with the Carole King songs.

The ride is still on but with a new start time of 11:30.  It is crap shoot, playing roulette with the radar, but there is a larger cell that is dissipating and moving northeast and my best guess (operative word is guess) is that it arrives around 10:30/11:00 and afterwards we hopefully have a window to do the ride.  Slight changes can happen and we could be wrong, but let’s try for 11:30.  There may be some showers to ride around getting to the start of the ride and there could be a scattered shower lurking, but this looks like the best chance.  If need be, we will adjust mid-ride.

It's not too late to join us for this easy 30 or so mile ride, where we take a little time, Goin Back, to point out some of Carole King's Beautiful Brooklyn origins.  Ms. King was born Carole Klien in Sheepshead Bay Brooklyn and raised as a natural Brooklyn Woman.  We will share a story or two during the ride about her early days.  And to keep your Locomotion moving, we will add the plus, a little extra riding around parts of Southern Brooklyn and we may come up with a treat along the way (though it is unlikely we will stop to buy lunch - registered riders will be updated on food plans). 
 

Hopefully after the ride, you will all still love me tomorrow.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: A reminder that you must register for the ride.  Please 'unregister' if you can not make the ride so waited list folks can move up and take the slot.  All riders should come equipped with a mask, hand sanitizer/wipes, a spare tube, sunscreen, snacks and a bike in good condition, as well as being familiar with the current criteria for riding with the Club.  And as always an upbeat positive attitude.
