Monmouth Battlefield from Princeton Junction
Primary tabs

Bicycle from Princeton Junction through farmlands and stop for some history at the Monmouth Battlefield State Park. This battle was a decisive battle of the Revolutionary War. You can walk the battlefields and may cover the same ground as George Washington, Aaron Burr, Alexander Hamilton and other Continental Army figures. Or you may walk where the British, such as Lord Stirling, Cornwalis or Clinton were fighting. This day, November 7, we will attend a walking tour starting at 1:30 pm. We will enter the park through the back way, over a half mile up a dirt road and through fields of corn stalks and the remnants of other crops.
