This is the next to last 2021 Saturday the Bronx Night Market on Fordham Plaza will be open and in full swing. Have you been to the market yet?  It's a lot of fun, with tons of high energy vibes, happy and gracious people, and local yummies to eat (which we will definitely have time to partake of!). And the weather will be accommodating to us, as well.

    "The Bronx Night Market is a free event, an open air food and drink festival festival that celebrates the diverse food and vibrant culture in NYC, with over 35 vendors producing dishes and libations from all corners of the world with an unmatchable layer of authenticity and passion."

We will bike from our Central Park/Manhattan meet-up location on bike lanes where available, up to this terrific evening event., then spend about an hour browsing/roaming/eating/viewing.  So while this ride is not long on miles, it's a great urban destination. This night we definitely ride to eat . . . so do bring your appetite and curiousity!

Subway and Metro North return options available if desired in lieu of biking back. And yes, restroom on site in the market (and at our start location).

Ride limited to 8 riders (+ leaders).

NOTE:  All 5BBC and governement COVID advisos are in effect, including using a mask when social distancing not possible (including for sure while browsing the market). And please only sign on if you are comfortable with night riding and have good bike skills (and lights) for such.

BRING:  Lock for bike and the usual bike flat fix items, plus good lights front & rear (and on helmet too, if you can).  Please wear reflective safety vest and other hi-viz garments, reflective strips, blinkie bands, etc. Dress in layers as it can chill down at night.
