Bike me out to the ball game!  Just sing this little ditty to yourself to the tune of Take Me Out to the Ballgame- this ride promises to be a home run!  The destination for our ride is the minor league baseball park on Coney Island, where we will watch the Brooklyn Cyclones play.  The ride will start in Manhattan and swing down along the water to arrive at Coney Island.  We will have some time to play on Coney Island before the game starts, so you can get your fill of boardwalk perusing, ice-cream eating, and people-watching.  Feel free to toss in a ride on a rolller coaster, too.

We know you're thinking, "But what about my bike?"  Not to worry.  Transportation Alternatives has partnered with us for this game, and they will offer bike vallet service for all who come by bike.  Please be sure to buy your ticket to the game in advance.  You can purchase special discounted tickets  here.

The primary start location for the ride is Union Square, but we will also offer a second pick-up location beneath the Manhattan Bridge for those riders who are coming from Brooklyn.  Exact location details will be emailed to the registered riders.  As usual, please deregister if you can no longer make the ride.  Bring your bike in good working condition, your helmet, two spare tubes, hydration, a face mask, and cash for all that ball park food you want to eat.  We will plan to use the nearest subway to get home, but riders can cycle home if preferred.
