Getting To Ganesh
Primary tabs

In the Hindu tradition, Ganesh is widely revered as the remover of obstacles; the patron of arts and sciences; and the deva of intellect and wisdom. The Ganesh Temple is located in the Flushing neighborhood of Queens. To get there we ride through Brooklyn and wend our way through Forest Hills. After we cross Kissena Park, Enlightenment is just a few blocks away. The Ganesh Temple Canteen is located two floors down, and you would never know it was there. The food is made for their congregation, and by members of the congregation, but all are welcome to sample this wonderful vegetarian fare. Following the meal, if time permits we can remove our shoes and walk through the beautiful and spiritual Temple.
After Lunch, we ride back through Flushing Meadows Park, circle the Unisphere, and then return via 34th Avenue and a usual route through Queens and Brooklyn. While Ganesh is the remove of obstacles - it would be best to pack all necessary items such as spare tires, levers, punps and a lock. गणेश आपको एक शांतिपूर्ण गर्मी प्रदान करें, और अपने रास्ते में आने वाली सभी बाधाओं को दूर करें।
This ride is limited to 15 lucky people.
