We are doing this requested popular 5BBC Club ride.  Starting at Cedar Creek Park, we will ride the Wantagh Bike Pathway to the newly expanded bike/pedestrian trail of the Ocean Parkway Coastal Greenway to Captree State Park.  Ride link for those taking LIRR to Wantagh. We will be meeting at Cedar Creek Park, approx.one mile from the LIRR.  We will enjoy the wonderful nature of sky, sea, and sand. There are 3 refreshment stands on the coastal greenway.  We will picking up lunch along the way at Tobay Beach.

This ride is moderate-lite with a distance of 40 miles, pace of 12 mph, and little elevation.  Hoping for very mild headwinds but can be strong. 

Please make sure your bike is in good working order.  Please bring your helmet, mask, spare tube, sunscreen and hydration.
