Are you longing for Long Beach and a great time cycling  , then this is the ride you don't want to miss . This ride will take us through the Rockaways via the boardwalk along the ocean , into Atlantic Beach and then on into Long Beach  where we all roll over to Corazon De Cuba   , for their yummy Cuban cuisine . , IF you are a foodie you don't want to miss . IF Cuban isn't your forte plenty of other options in beautiful  Long Beach 

After Lunch we will make our way through the lovely neighborhoods of Long Beach and Atlantic Beach , and if we have time an Ice Cream stop ( who doesn't like Ice Cream ) .

All 12  registrants will be emailed the start location a few days before the ride in the vacinty of Prospect Park Brooklyn   .THIS RIDE WILL BE A MODERATE , PLEASE BE ABLE TO KEEP NO LESS THAN 10-11 MPH IN THE BACK. THIS WILL BE A  50 MILE RIDE ROUND TRIP BUT YOU CAN ALWAYS TAKE THE LIRR BACK FROM LONG BEACH  AND ALSO NUMEROUS TRAIN STOPS IN THE ROCKAWAYS 

BRING ALL THE USUAL BIKEY STUFF - SPARE TUBE , LIGHTS , HYDRATION , HELMET AND PLEASE DO NOT FORGET YOUR MASK . ALSO SANITIZER / WIPES
