The new maybrook trail has been completed, so let's take a nice ride through upstate New York on the new maybrook with awesome nature at its best.  This trail was once a train line of the new york and new haven hartford railroad.  It also connected to waterbury, branchin, derby Connecticut.  Now it has become part of the empire state trail that runs from nyc to the canada. We will stop at daddyo"s bbq in hopewell jct for some awesome bbq. where there is a nice gift shop then continue down the trail to the village of brewster where you can take metro north train back to nyc or continue on the old put trail for 52 more miles back to the bronx your choice but the ride ends in brewster.

All Covid criteria applies. 

PLEASE NOTE I WILL GIVE YOU START LOCATION THREE DAYS BEFORE THE RIDE  THIS GIVES YOU AMPLE TIME TO ARRANGE TRAVEL WITH COVID RESTRICTIONS .  .

THIS RIDE IS A ONE WAY TRIP NOT A LOOP  SO TO TRAVEL YOU MUST USE METRO NORTH TRAINS TO THE START AND FINISH TO GET BACK TO NYC
