It's springtime and no better time to get into shape for a year of healthful and enjoyable biking.  Join us as we ride through Northern Queens, on many greenways into Great Neck and Kings Point, passing by the US Merchant Marine Academy.  You must feel comfortable riding on busy streets.  We will pick up lunch to enjoy picnic style at Steppingstone Park - with lovely views of Long Island Sound, a real hidden gem, set on the coast line, seeing Manhattan, the Bronx and Westchester in the distance.  Lovely landscaped gardens including Cherry Blossoms and waterfront park marina and dock.  On the way back, we will ride up the Joe Michaels mile for a loop around Ft.Totten, to Little Bay Park with amazing views of the Throgs Neck Bridge. 

This will be moderate-lite, please be able to maintain a pace of 12mph.

We will meet in the vacinity of Cunningham Park.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: A reminder that you must register for the ride and that the exact start location will be forwarded to the registered riders.  Please 'unregister' if you can not make the ride so waited list folks can move up and take the slot.  All riders should come equipped with a mask, hand sanitizer/wipes, a spare tube, sunscreen, snacks and a bike in good condition, as well as being familiar with the current criteria for riding with the Club.
