Hidden Hamlets of Ramblersville and Hamilton Beach
Primary tabs

Join us as we ride from Queens (through Jamaica Estates) to Ramblersville, the city's smallest hamlet- a small strip of land between old Howard Beach and JFK.
Houses are built on stilts due to the marshy land. We will ride over the small Ramblers-Hawtree Bridge to Hamilton Beach and over the Hawtree Basin Foot Bridge which has been refered to as a "scenic hidden gem". We will then head to Charles Park with views of JFK and Jamaica Bay.
We will be eating outdoors at New Park Pizza, a neighborhood landmark since 1956
All Covid rules apply including wearing masks and safe distancing.
This is a Happy Face Ride but be able to ride at 10 mph. You must feel comfortable riding on city streets.
The starting point will be in the vicinity of Cunningham Park.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: A reminder that you must register for the ride and that the exact start location will be forwarded to the registered riders. Please 'unregister' if you can not make the ride so waited list folks can move up and take the slot. All riders should come equipped with a mask, hand sanitizer/wipes, a spare tube, sunscreen, snacks and a bike in good condition, as well as being familiar with the current criteria for riding with the Club.
