We visit the hamlet of Hartsdale located in Westchester County between the better-known municipalities of Scarsdale and White Plains. Lunch in Hartsdale (bring or buy). Group photos at the High Bridge and the Scarsdale waterfall. Return via the pretty Bronx River Greenway also known for low bridges, so when you hear the leader yell "duck!" it's not about waterfowl.

Meeting place will be at a park on the Upper West Side. Ride ends at Van Cortlandt Park. Exact location and GPS/cue sheet will be emailed to registered participants.

Participation is limited to 8 riders. Everyone else gets wait-listed. If you're on the wait list, you will get an email when a slot opens. The club website does not update your wait list status. Important: you must remove yourself from the list (or email the ride leader jzisfein@gmail.com) if you will not be riding. Failure to follow this instruction could get you restricted from signing up in the future.

Check your email before setting out. Any ride changes will be emailed to registered riders by 8:00 AM. Helmets are required on all 5BBC rides. Bring a spare tube. We're still in a pandemic so wear a face covering and keep social distance. Dress for the weather; we will be eating lunch outdoors.
