Join us on a ride from Queens to Smorgasburg WB via the Kosciusko Bridge.  The Kissena Corridor takes us to Flushing Meadow Park to find the hidden Column of Jerash (120 AD).  Next is brunch at the nearby Empanadas Café.  On to the Kosciusko Bridge for views and photos.  Expect a Noon lunch at Smorgasburg Williamsburg and eating at the newly named Marsha P Johnson Park (aka East River) picnic tables.  Please note Smorgasburg WB has a new format for covid safety.  Orders must be online placed in advance for pick-up.  See links.

The loop around will cross the Pulaski Bridge stopping at Hunters Point South Park with its 270-degree views of NYC from the pier.  Bike lanes back Lemon King in Corona to get our sugar fix.   Have you ridden the 2 long bridge crossovers spanning the LIE and the Grand Central on the return to Cunningham?  If not, now you can cross that off your ride list.  This is a 30-mile Happy Face urban bike tour averaging 10mph with frequent photo-op and indulgent food stops!

Exact start location, RWG, map/cue to be emailed 3 days before the ride.  All riders should come equipped with a mask, hand sanitizer, a spare tube, sunscreen, snacks, hydration, and a bike in good condition.   

Important:  Please ‘unregister’ in a timely manner if you can no longer make the ride.  This will allow others on the waitlist to participate.  Please do not register if you do not intend to ride the complete route.  This action would deprive a fellow member the opportunity to ride the complete route.
