Please note that there has been a change and there will two versions of this ride with different start locations and routes, one a Manhattan start and one a Brooklyn start.  This is the Manhattan version.  Please withdraw your registration if you cannot make the ride. 

The Rockaway Beach Bakery pecan (or salted honey)  sticky bun is, well, a delicacy finely suited for 5BBC taste buds – especially if those buns come bundled with other delicacies to take home, such as Grandma Helen's coffee cake, the almond croissant loaf, the mango scone, or the salted peanut butter snicker-doodle. And so in the tradition of 5BBC smoozers, slipping, as we are, out of our post-covid generic take-out haze, we will travel the length of Brooklyn and into the far reaches of Queens for a bit of gastronomic 

Lunch will be along the boardwalk at Beach 108. After, we'll visit Rockaway Beach Bakery, at Beach 90.
