This will be an urban adventure by meandering around Central Queens and passing by or stopping at a prime number of parks (7) to enjoy the scenery. 

Here's the list of Parks we'll be visiting/passing by:
1. Juniper Valley Park
2. Flushing Meadows Corona Park - We'll visit the Unisphere structure
3. Kissena Park
4. Crocheron Park
5. Alley Pond Park
6. Cunningham Park
7. Forest Park

For lunch, there are a number of places in Bayside including some sandwich shops, a Chinese restaurant & a Pizza place.

This will be a Moderate ride, and we will be mostly keeping 12-15 MPH on the flats.  Make sure your bike is tuned up for the season.

We're meeting outside the Starbucks on Queens Blvd just down the block from Union Turnpike, and Kew Gardens/Union Turnpike subway station (E & F trains).  The Kew Gardens LIRR station is also a half mile away.

March is always unpredictable so please check back the week/night before for any cancellations as rain, snow, ice, or high winds will cancel.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring all the usual bike stuff: Helmet, Spare inner tube, Water, Bike Lock, Money (preferably cash) for food, and a good attitude.
