DUE TO RAIN(NOT SNOW), THE FROST BITE #1 IS MOVED TO DECEMBER 8TH AT 9:45 TO MAKE SURE WE CATCH THE CRUISE SHIP TO STATEN ISLAND(AKA THE STATEN ISLAND FERRY). THE WEATHER FORECAST IS BALMY(FOR WINTER) AND WINDS AT 5MPH. SO WE CAN SCALE MOUNT BAYONNE.

The bridge is back and so are we. This year saw the reopening of the Bayonne Bridge, the way the Club made their way to Bayonne since the 90's. Holiday seasons are all about traditions. And one of the most enduring one is the Pancake Ride. Okay, so maybe you don't have pancakes. The Broadway Diner is full of everything that's good for your soul if not for your waistline. The pies and the layer cakes are fantastic. That's if you have room. It's an easy ride across the bay on the ferry but, a LITTLE more challenging on the bridge. Then, we ride our bikes to the Broadway Diner in Bayonne. Eat lunch and wend our way back along the shore to Jersey City. Then, we'll take the ferry back to the WTC(The Port Authority supplies us with a ride for the price of the train). So, grab your bike, hold tight to your friends and your memories and make some new ones. Hold on. The winter is coming. As to the picture, that was taken by Joanne Guralnick of three great friends in Philly during the Summer a year ago. Down to two? Maybe. I'm still checking for pennies.
