Sunday is Funday!  We turn the clocks back 2AM Sunday morning, so that the new 9:30AM (was previously 10:30AM).  It's a great day to ride down to Emmons and take the Belt Pkwy greenway out to Howard Beach, my old neighborhood.  We will ride through the residential neighborhood of Howard Beach, whose borders by the fields have no stops or lights making for a great ride around.  Former HB residents include Arlo Guthrie, John Gotti, Pia Toscano, Vitas Gerulitas, Jay Black and Louis Prima.  We will have lunch at New Park Pizza.  This is a 25-30 mile happy face/moderate ride.  Please dress properly for the weather, bring a bike lock, spare tube, hydation, your happy face and upbeat attitude.  This ride will end at the Parade Grounds by Prospect Park.
