Harding Park - Bungalow Bronx
Primary tabs

Harding Park is an isolated jumble of streets at the tip of Clason Point in The Bronx. It's the point of land where the mighty Bronx River meets Pugsley Creek. [No, not that Pugsley]. It is a humble villiage of small houses, before small houses were hit TV shows. From Forgotten NY https://forgotten-ny.com/2006/02/harding-park-bronx/. We ride through some wonderful parks along the way, Soundview Park, Pugsley Park, Clason Point. This is nice riding with lots of beautiful waterfront trails. Lunch will be in Parkchester where there are a variety of international restaurants. Mexican, Pakistani, Indian and of course Pizza. For home, there is the option of either Subway right there, or the Ferry several miles after lunch.
REMEMBER - night drops like a hammer these days. Make sure to charge and take your lights. Bring a decent lock for during lunch. Dress for the weather. In the event of questionable weather please check the Web Site for status updates.
