What says Summer more than sleeping late and  a picnic in the park?   We start the ride at a civilized 11:00 and are heading along the beautiful Shore Bike Trail to Brooklyn's newest Park - Shirley Chisholm State Park.  Along the way we will ride around Canarsie Pier and get some great water views.  When we get to the park we will have time to explore, and we will find a place to picnic.  REMEMBER - this is a PICNIC ride, so you must bring your own meal with you.  On the way back, we will hit a brand new trail that connects the Shore Trail to the Paerdegats in Canarsie.
