The Chinese-immigrant population of Flushing, Queens, surpassed that of Manhattan's Chinatown years ago. Roughly two-thirds of the residents in this bustling Queens neighborhood are foreign born—the vast majority of them coming from Asia.  After we cross into Queens, this ride takes us through the beautiful LIC Waterfront, Jackson Heights and the scenic Worlds Fair Marina Bike Path before we hit Chinatown.  Lunch will either be at the New World Mall or a restaurant on Prince Street - depending on group size and desires.  We head back through Flushing Meadows Park where we can do a lap around the Unisphere.

Please bring the usual things for a bike ride - extra tubes, water, sun screen and a sturdy lock as we will likely be locking our bikes up outside.  Please register online and check the web site for any changes or cancellations.
