Leonard Cohen Edition of Perimiter Ride of Manhattan
Primary tabs

Modified Perimiter Series will start at the front entrance to the Jewish Museum at 11am sharp!
This will allow the early birds to grab breakfast with us nearby at 9am (meeting at NW corner of 85th and Madison where there are several places near by to "grab and go" or bring your own and we will eat in line at the museum to get in early), enjoy the museum exhibit FOR FREE 10am-11am and then ride the perimeter from 11am-3pm (rough estimate, including a BRIEF stop in front of Fairway for a light lunch picnic bought or preferably brought - recommended you bring something so the stop can be brief). We will get back between 3pm-4pm and the Museum is open 4pm-5:45pm to see the exhibit after if you prefer.
This will be a great opportunity for anyone coming on the Montreal ride or thinking of coming on the Montreal ride to hear from prior trippers how wonderful it is. Also, perhaps by getting Leonard Cohen out of my system by seeing this - I won't put as much content about him into my ride on Saturday of the 5BBC Montreal Weekend Trip May 31-June 2. Or I will - based on popular demand.
If you love Leonard Cohen, native son of Montreal, you'll love this ride! Join us!
This will be another ride appropriate for Happy Face and Moderate Riders. A motivated point will ride as fast as he can slowed mainly by occasional city street lights. A capable sweep will bring up the rear patiently encoruaging slower riders to finish the circuit!
1000 Feet of Elevation (up and down) - believe it or not, that's what you get in the 30-35 miles covering the perimeter of Manhattan (we will take bike routes where possible).
THIS IS ALSO PART OF OUR PERIMETER SERIES COUNTING TOWARDS A PATCH!
