We have a few nice weekends before the cold weather hits, so LETS RIDE! We are gonna meet up at Grand Army Plaza, and head up to Queensboro plaza, to pick up anyone who is looking for a shorter ride. (~30 miles total from Grand Army Plaza, ~20 miles total from Queensboro Plaza)  From there we will head out to see some of the sights that Queens has to offer! Our first stop will be the Marine Air Terminal at La Guardia Airport. This is a really cool art deco building that was where the Pan Am Clipper flying boats would pick up passengers and take them to distant destinations. there are murals, and other great art deco touches. After this, we will head along the Worlds Fair Promenade, past the Marina, and into the Flushing Meadows Park, home to two Worlds Fairs. Having worked up an appetite, we will head over to the Glendale Diner, get some food, and then its back to Queensboro Plaza, to Drop off the people who elected to do the shorter trip, then back to Grand Army Plaza to end the ride. This is a Happy Face ride, and will be a Point Drop Sweep ride.
