Leaves of Gold, Red & Yellow..One Marvelous Look at Fall
Primary tabs

The Hudson is a World Class Destination. Any season, it gives us views that inspired an entire School of Paintings, the Hudson River School". Get a window view on the train to Poughkeepsie, left side up and right side down. At Poughkeepsie, we'll take advantage of an abandoned rail line that used to feed the line bridging over the Hudson(Now the "Walkway over the Hudson".). At the other end of the rail line lined with Gold, Red and Yellow Leaves is Hopewell Junction with a museum to feed the mind and Daddy-O's to feed the stomach. Ah, Daddy-O's! So, to mine these treasures, meet us at Grand Central Terminal at 8:25 to catch the 8:45 for Poughkeepsie or at 8:35 for the same train(the 8:56 at 125th St.) (You need time to buy your ticket before getting on the train.). So, come, enjoy the Autumn Leaves before they Fall. Bring home vivid memories to last the Winter through.
