Hill-Repeat Workout in Palisades Park

This is a hill-repeat workout in Palisades Park, NJ, for those of us who are unable to spend a day out on the bike but still want to have a bike workout to strengthen our leg muscles. We'll meet at the George Washington Bridge Bus Terminal (sidewalk on NE corner of West 178 Street and Fort Washington Ave.), ride across the GW into NJ and into Palisades Park to arrive at the park's Englewood Parking Area/Boat Basin (by The Snack Shack). We'll do a handful of hill-repeat workouts and, depending on interest and time, have an outdoor coffee, snack or light brunch at The Snack Shack overlooking the Hudson River before riding back into Manhattan.
