This ride is geared to those seeking to start spring training late and prepare for the TD Five Borough Bicycle Tour - it will have some straightaways but also some city turns - good practise for the May 6th event!

Call the pieces grafitti.  Call them murals.  Whatever term you want to use - we have some amazing art on walls all over NYC.  Five Pointz may be gone - but there are still some talented artists plying their spray cans in other areas of NYC.   In today's ride we visit two well known and juried graffiti locations, The Bushwick Collective in Brooklyn and Welling Court in Queens.  We also make another stop in Brooklyn along Meserole and Waterbuy Streets.  This could be one of the most photogenic rides of the year.  Along the way we will be riding through the neighborhoods of Bed-Stuy, Bushwick, Greenpoint, LIC and Astoria.  This is a Happy Face Ride, and when we get to each of these locations we will give you time to wander around on your own exploring whatever works float your boat.
