Welcome Frostbite Riders.  This weekend's excursion has us romping from Brooklyn to Middle Village, Queens.  We will ride on wonderfully names streets like the surprisingly quiet "Traffic Avenue", Juniper Boulevard and Dry Harbor Road.  Lunch is at the halfway point and is at Gottscheer Hall, a German establishment famous for good hearty Winter food and cheap prices.  They must be doing something right, as they have been here since 1924.  

This is an open scout, as we will have cue sheets and a route designed - but never scouted -  until today.  To add to the fun, we do go through the "Land of the 60's", a navigational challenge for anyone.  Should be a great ride to get rid of the Winter Blahs

Please bring the standard lock, tube and layers.  Also make sure to take lights because you never know - but we do aim to be back before dark. Join Us !
