Join Transportation Alternatives and the New York Cycle Club for a celebratory and ceremonial happy face ride that follows the last private car to be permitted in Prospect Park. We will leave around 9:00 when the barriers are put down to close the park to private cars forever. After we ceremoniously wave good bye to the last private car to go through the park at Grand Army Plaza we will have the option to do laps. It will be very cold so please dress very warm with layers, gloves and a gaiter. Snow or icy conditions will cancel the ride.
