Here's a hint. It's two miles off shore. And yes, we're going to ride our bikes to it. After which, we're going to have lunch, unless you want to have breakfast (pancakes).

On this weekend, which marks the beginning of humankind's greatest experiment in our quest to be what humans can be, we're going to visit a tribute to #42, to #16, visit a small town, check on the rebirth of a bridge, visit our former sworn enemy's gift us, what our first ally gave us, a tribute to the Greatest Generation, a residence on a canal, a refurbished railroad a  terminal and brownstone area in Jersey City. If that's not enough, then spend the rest of the holiday reflecting on how lucky you are to be in a country where you're free to gripe about it.

We meet and return to City Hall Park at the base of the Brooklyn Bridge.
