A nice long ride mostly on bike paths down to the Rockaway's with a short stop at Nathans for a water/bathroom stop then to lunch at the Bungalow Beach Bar with inside/outside seating.  Bring $ for lunch, a lock, a metro card just in case, water, snacks and rain gear.

Heavy Rain at the start cancels the ride with ltitle possibilty of clearing.
