Some days are just too hot and humid for a long ride. Cos Cob will have to wait - WE'RE GOING TO THE BEACH. So... put on your Hawaiian shirts, grab a bathing suit and towel, and join us as we head to Belle Harbor for a refreshing swim in the Atlantic Ocean.  We will stop at Riis Park to change, so no need to wear your bathing suit.  We will likely stop at Rolling Roaster on he way back for some Old Timey Brooklyn fast food.  Let's get wet.

Bring:  Bathing suit [no skinny dipping] and towel, lock, lots of hydration, beach snacks, SPF 3,000, a hat for the sun, and a great attitude.  

We'll see you at the beach.
