Originally scheduled for February 26th, the ride had to be canceled, but we are revising it for March 11th.  As noted, we are once again considering starting an occasional weekday series called the 5BBC Out to Lunch Bunch. These would be local rides that would be held on a weekday, usually, but not always on Thursday or Friday, and not every week.  The rides would be centered around a lunch stop, which may be one of our classics (e.g. Panini Rustico, Jackson Diner, Family Store, Mill Basin Deli, etc) or a new destination (we have a good Turkish place on Coney Island Avenue waiting in the wings). Length of ride and destinations would be informed by the season. Some rides we will get in a decent ride before lunch; for others we will just meander around until it is time to eat.

For today's ride we meander around and then make our way to a wonderful but small West Indian place in Queens Village.  In order to make management of the ride a bit easier, we ask that you please register or let me know via email that you will be joining us  

Join us and work up an appetite on the ride from Prospect Park. Bring a lock, money for lunch and an inquisitive upbeat attitude.
