If you blink, you miss it.  The Blazing Star Cemetery is the final resting place for some of Staten Islands famous families.  Behind the cemetery is The Dead Pool, where old tugs and ferries go to die.  Come see the eerie sight of ships slowly rotting away.  From there we head to  historic Kreisherville and Killmeyers Old Bavaria Inn.  Killmeyers is a club favorite - a traditional Geman Biergarten with delicious food and great beer.  Join us as we explore the Forgotten Borough.

We will be on the 10:00 Ferry - so you must be at the Ferry Terminal by 9:45 to allow the dogs to sniff you bags.  If you are already on Staten island, meet us on the Borough Hall Steps at 10:30

Bring spare tubes, water, money for lunch and a great attitude.
