A nice long ride mostly on bike paths down to the Rockaways with a short stop at the beach hopefully to cool off if the weather is right then to lunch at the Bungalow Beach Bar with inside/outside seating.  Bring $ for lunch, a lock, a metro card just in case, water, snacks and rain gear.

Rain at the start or the forecast of rain cancels the ride.
