Keep your heart pumping (but not too fast) and your joints moving with a cheerful, no-hills, and moderate-paced ride to Hartsdale, just south of White Plains. Start at Wakefield, terminal of the #2 train, 241 St & White Plains Rd. Lunch at Bagels (that's the name of the place; they have other eats too). Plenty of Metro North bail-out points, so bring your MTA bicycle permit just in case. Ride will be canceled if there is ice on the road or predicted high temperature below 32F; check back here before heading out.
