'Round Bklyn to IKEA; then Ferry back (QS)
Primary tabs

Scenic cruise along Brooklyn bike paths, thru Prospect Park, along the waterfront, then over to Red Hook & IKEA. Hit the food court for breakfast/coffee (opens 9:30AM); then power shop (store opens 10AM).
Ride ends at IKEA. Return via (free) ferry back (aiming for 12:45PM or 1:35PM ferry out of IKEA). If you don't cotton to any ferry line; it's an easy bike back to Manhattan, OR you can use the subway.
ADVISO: BYO cable locks for bikes at IKEA bike rack & on ferry; $ & carrying bag/capacity for whatever you'd like to eat/bring back; Metro Pass should you prefer subway back; NYC subway map; plus the usual bike supplies and such. Bring a more stable/hearty bike than your top shelf racing steed (I will ride my "around-town" bike, not my good road bike). Dress warm/layers as we'll be along the waterfront and it can get breezy (definitely applies to the ferry line). Need be capable of navigating a cue sheet, covering mixed paved terrain and some obstacles. Cue sheet emailed in advance to registered riders. Co-listed NYCC as "B16". NO "POINT-DROP-SWEEP"
MEET: City Hall Park just across from entrance to Brooklyn Bridge bike path. Prompt start/departure.
