Using paved and unpaved bike trails for about half the ride, we'll head up the South County trail to Elmsford, ride a tiny bit of the North County trail then over past the lakes to Tarrytown for lunch before heading back along the river on the road and some on the Croton Aqueduct unpaved trail for a few miles then finishing on the road. We'll be either in dense forest or in forest with river views for much of the ride.

I'm no speed demon, particularly on hills, hence the smiley face designation. But everyone should have road riding experience and confidence.
