Dobbs Ferry, Irvington with some Croton Aqueduct thrown in
Primary tabs

This is a laid back ride up the Hudson from Inwood, through the Hudson river towns of Yonkers, Hastings-on-Hudson, Dobbs Ferry, and Irvington. The ride is mostly road, but includes a little piece on the Croton Aqueduct from Irvington back to Dobbs, and eat in Dobbs. There are some rolling hills in Yonkers, with river views. As most of you know, I'm not a speed demon, particularly on the hills, but comfort in riding in traffic is a must.
(The photo is a part of the Palisades that collapsed recently. We will be able to see it from our route)
I've been able to do the off-road portion on my road bike with 25mm tires. It just requires alertness and careful steering.
Note: there are elevators at the 207th St "A" train street to platform. The closest station is the 200th St "A".. 2 sets of stairs / door exit.
