We ride through Manhattan and cross through the Bronx. Just over the City border is wonderfully named Valentine Lane. This is the beginning of the beautiful neighborhood of Ludlow Park. Old Victorian houses on quiet tree lined streets. We were told by the neighborhood association not to spread the word about their quiet neck of the woods. From there, we return through the beautiful Fieldston section of Riverdale before crossing the Broadway Bridge and heading back home. There are some long uphills and some downhills that will make you scream "WHEEEEEEEE."
