5bbc Ride with GPS

I keep getting an error message when I try to follow the Five Borough Bicycle Club account on Ride with GPS. The error message reads: "Could not load this item. Your network connection might not be functional, or the item may be private or removed." Is there a link I need to click on in order to follow the account on Ride with GPS?
