Aah Naturale in Joisey! This privately owned natural preserve lets us bike to their Nature Center but, only hike their trails. Lunch at a pond. This is a beautiful natural park. To get there, we'll first travel through Central Park(not natural but sure looks like it.), along Adam Clayton Powell, jr. Blvd., an easy grade up St. Nicholas Ave. to the George Washington Bridge. Crossing the bridge over the Hudson is a view not always appreciated by us New Yorkers, but should be. You can see all the way down to Upper New York Bay.  We'll pick up lunch at a local Ft. Lee Deli. Yes, they have white fish, sometimes. Ahem! The destination may be a nature center but, clothing is not optional.
