This used to be a ride I would list fairly regularly before moving out east.  It was/is one of our favorite destinations and it will be good to head back.  It's winter, so we will take it a bit easier but get some training in and of course climb Walnut on the way back. Ride of course includes a really good lunch stop (love those pancakes) in Northvale, NJ. Don't miss this ride. Bring lightweight bike lock, money for lunch and a great upbeat inquisitive attitude. 

As a bonus, we might even sing happy birthday during the ride.

Ride starts at north end of Central Park and will either end on the Manhattan end of the GWB or at Riverside Drive and 72nd Street.
