This ride starts at the north side of Central Park.  We ride through the Mid Bronx and the Hutchinson / Shore Road Trail System until New Rochelle.  From there we take some scenic roadways on our way to gorgeous Manor Park.  Only a few miles away is Flint Park, with its beautiful Hommocks Conservation Area.  Lunch is at the Nautilus Diner in Mamaroneck. We head back using some new roads and retracing our route for part of the way.  The ride ends at the Gun Hill Brewery in The Bronx.  This is close to several train stations, and even closer to some great beer.

This ride is a moderate + pace, and there is over 1,500 feet of elevation, with a high gradient of 8%.  Please bring the usual things that you bring on the ride such as plenty of water, snacks, and spare tubes.
