Happy Birthday America!! We'll start at one of New York's most enduring edifices, City Hall. Proceed down the Canyon of Heros to the Staten Island Ferry. Take the ferry to rhe island of John's birth. Follow along the North Shore(Still missing the rail path.). Cross the newly rebuilt Bayonne Bridge to the Land of Jersey. There, we'll travel two miles off shore to the Russian peoples gift to us to help heal the 911 wound.   Lunch at the Broadway Diner(Can you get more American than that?). Then, on to a gift from one freedom loving democracy to another, the Statue of Liberty. Next, a walk through empty skies. Finally, we'll take the PATH back to Manhattan where the Fire Works will happen later that evening. Unabashedly we say, Happy Birthday America, the Greatest Country in the World. The place and people who lauched human kind on the path to freedom and human dignity.
