As part of the 5bbc's mission to take advantage of all the cuisines that NYC has to offer, our next food ride will test our palates with Georgian cuisine.  Instead of a 14 hour flight to the Republic of Georgia, we will take a much shorter bike ride to Brighton Beach.  The destination is "Little Georgia" on Brighton Beach Ave.   Here is a link to their menu.

We will pick up lunch and picnic in Asser Levy Park in Coney Island.

The ride may be Moderate, and the prices at LIttle Georgia may be Moderate, but the quantity of food is probably more than Moderate. Bring a pack or panniers to carry lunch until we get to the park, which is a little less than a mile away.

On the way back, we will stop at Rimini Pastry Shoppe in Bensonhurst, just to make sure don't go home hungry.

This ride will go through a dozen different Brooklyn neighborhoods from beginning to end.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: A reminder that you must register for the ride.  Please 'unregister' if you can not make the ride so waited list folks can move up and take the slot.  All riders should come equipped with a mask, hand sanitizer/wipes, a spare tube, sunscreen, snacks and a bike in good condition, as well as being familiar with the current criteria for riding with the Club.
