Join us as we ride through Brooklyn to the greenway by Canarsie Pier, loop around Shirley Chisolm Park, then out to Howard Beach, and through Broad Channel.  We will stop at a deli with outdoor seating before making our way across the Crossbay Bridge onto the Rockaway boardwalk towards Riis Park. Our afternoon treat will be going to Mara's Gourmet Ice Cream Shop.  You can get a slushie, smoothie, ice cream such as Mississippi Mud, Sea Salt Caramel Truffle, Strawberry Cheese Cake, ices or frozen yougurt such as black raspberry chocolate chip.  They have a backyard set up like a beach and we can bring our bikes in.  You will truly enjoy!

This will be a moderate-lite ride.  Please be able to maintain 12 mph on the greenways and boardwalk.  Your must be comfortable riding over bridges. 

Please make sure your bike is in good working mechanical order.  Bring your helmet, mask, spare tube, hydration, sunscreen, hand sanitizer and your happy face.

Ride will start inthe vacinity of Prospect Park.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS: A reminder that you must register for the ride and that the exact start location will be forwarded to the registered riders.  Please 'unregister' if you can not make the ride so waited list folks can move up and take the slot.  All riders should come equipped with a mask, hand sanitizer/wipes, a spare tube, sunscreen, snacks and a bike in good condition, as well as being familiar with the current criteria for riding with the Club.
