Join us for a serene and relaxed suburban ride from Cunningham Park to Garden City.  On many stretches it is possible to ride 3 abreast and talk to each other in safety.  This is a beautiful ride despite not seeing great gardens and lawns at this point in the season.   We will pass Adelphi Univ and the Incarnation Cathedral along the way.  

Lunch location is Garden City's cafe 7th Street with outdoor seating and convenient restrooms, all clustered.  On the loopback, we will cut through the grounds of St. Paul's Cathedral.  At 4 points we will be going in circles (credit Carmela Romani for this behavior).  You have to go on the ride to get the meaning and humor.   

This ride is rated Happy Face with a distance of 20 miles and urban riding pace of 10 mph.  The streets are very smooth for the most part and have low traffic and wider lanes.  Elevation is negligible.  This ride is restricted to 8+2!

Important:  Please ‘unregister’ in a timely manner if you can no longer make the ride.  This will allow others on the waitlist to participate.  Please do not register if you do not intend to ride the complete route.  This action would deprive a fellow member the opportunity to ride the complete route.
